Nitrile rubber tubes are flexible elastomeric tubing solutions designed for applications involving contact with oils, fuels, greases, and petroleum-based fluids. Manufactured from Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR), these tubes provide excellent resistance to mineral oils, lubricating oils, hydraulic fluids, diesel, and petrol, making them suitable for industrial and automotive environments where oil exposure is common. Nitrile rubber tubes offer good tensile strength, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability, ensuring reliable performance in low-pressure fluid transfer, venting, and protective tubing applications. They maintain flexibility and sealing integrity under moderate temperature variations and mechanical stress. Nitrile rubber tubes are widely used in automotive systems, fuel and oil lines (low pressure), machinery lubrication systems, air and fluid transfer lines, electrical and control panels, and general industrial equipment. Available in a wide range of inner and outer diameters, wall thicknesses, and hardness grades, nitrile rubber tubes can be supplied in continuous lengths or cut sizes to meet specific installation requirements. Typical service temperature ranges from approximately –30 °C to +100 °C, depending on compound formulation. Due to their excellent oil resistance, durability, and cost-effectiveness, nitrile rubber tubes are a dependable solution for oil- and fuel-resistant tubing applications where high pressure is not a requirement.
